• Account & Identity Information:Name, email address, password hashes, and profile image provided during account registration or authentication via Clerk.
• Career & Document Content:Uploaded PDF/DOCX resumes, parsed employment histories, skills, education records, and target job description texts uploaded for ATS compatibility scoring.
• Usage & Transaction Analytics:ATS evaluation reports, credit purchases, voucher redemptions, download histories, IP address, browser diagnostics, and rate-limiting session tokens.

3. How We Use Your Data

Your personal information and resume contents are strictly utilized for legitimate platform operations:

• Parsing and evaluating resumes against Applicant Tracking System (ATS) matching algorithms.
• Generating AI-tailored resume revisions, keyword optimizations, and tailored cover letters.

• Document Deletion: You can delete any uploaded resume or evaluation report from your dashboard at any time.
• Account Export/Erasure: You may request complete erasure of your candidate account and associated transaction logs by contacting support.
